No. We soft wash siding with low pressure and a cleaner that does the work, so algae and mildew come off without etching vinyl or scarring paint. We pre-wet and rinse your landscaping as we go.

It depends on the size of the house, the number of stories, and how much growth there is. We give you a firm price over the phone or after a quick look at the house, always before any work starts.

Not for the quote, and usually not for the wash. As long as we can reach an outdoor spigot, we can do the whole job while you're out. We'll confirm the details when we talk.

Yes. The cleaners we use are diluted and rinsed thoroughly. We just ask that kids and pets stay inside while we're working, and everything is fine to use once we're done.
